Redfin finally comes to the IE
I don't know if anyone else noticed but you can now buy a home in the IE using Refin. They finally have agents in the IE. You don't save a ton going through Redfin but the rebate is enough on an average house to buy a nice flat screen TV or a washer and dryer. They are still RE agents though so you still need to watch out for number one, cause they sure are not going to.

Yes - I did notice this - I had to take a second look the other day when I was on Redfin because I had not noticed this before.
Also have seen lately Short Sales listed twice if a price change has occured...kinda some weird stuff going on these days on Redfin - but I love the site - I can actuallu do an Aerial and actually see the house and the street - has helped detour me from some homes.
