Somebody buy me this for Christmas

Here's a really bitchin house that I would just love to have. At a million bucks it's out of my price range by a factor of 2. Check out the freakin pool with the sunken bar. My buddies would never leave if I had this house.

1180 Cleveland WAY, Corona, CA 92881, This is a former model home up in the Amberhill area of Corona. the home is 4100/sf and has 6 beds and 4 baths (just what I'm looking for...). It says it was built in 2003 and purchased last in early 2006 for $1.4 million. Our current owner has been trying to sell it for the last 10 months. He started off at 1.55 million, raised it to 1.6 million, then reduced it to 1.3, then again to 1.1 then again in late October to $999,999. It's currently listed as a short sale. Heck if he sells it that's only a 30% loss. Not that bad considering most of the homes I post are running closer to 40%.

If I could afford a Million Dollar house, I probably will not choose Corona. No offense to Corona, but come on it doesn't even have one acre lot.

Well, I'm kinda stuck in this area as it's central to my work and my wifes work. We also don't plan on changing jobs anytime soon, so we are stuck here. That house is in a nice area. It's far away from old Corona, up against the hills and you can easily access it off the 15. So you don't ever have to drive through central Corona. If it were cheaper and I had plenty of cash that baby would make my short list.

This is one great house don't get me wrong, completely agreed with you. I only could dreamed living in it, however it should not had been $1.4 mil and even at $999k its still overpriced. It should be in 700-800K max, and at that price I still could not afford it as my budget is for 400K max.

The cow poop smell has make Corona one of the worst cities on my list. I still don't get why ppl choose to put themselves "in the poop"...

There's no smell on the south side of the 91fwy.

Snob, I agree, that home is still priced too high.

The smell drifts several miles to the south of the 91 in Corona. Especially this time of the year. This week it was nearly overpowering clear over by the Ontario exit @ the 15. I also smelled it several times this week several times up in the hills off of Green River Road.

In Corona Hills, the smell will permeate your home with all the windows closed.

I laugh every time I drive by those developments built in Mira Loma over the past 5 years. It's not just the smell. It's the worst air quality in the entire United States and the flies are epidemic. SUCKERS!!!

Still, Corona is the "crown jewel of the inland empire" and the nicest area of the IE(which isn't saying much). This figures because it's right next to OC.

The IE truly is the shittiest area I've been in by many measures and I've lived all over the US.

I could build a house like this in Kansas(I've lived there too) or most anywhere else outside of the bubble areas for under 300k.
