Yolanda Sanchez of Olympia Realty, for this stunningly written but woefully inaccurate listing.
"Very beautiful turn-key property located in a very quiet neighborhood. Property has been well maintained and well kept. It has immaculate landscaping really shows pride of ownership. ."
Sounds pretty good right? I'm impressed that it's not in all caps, not an exclamation mark to be found and no misspellings. So why does poor Yolanda take todays award, well just look at the house.

Yup, that there is some immaculate landscaping!

Now, now gX, we all know that "landscaping" doesn't include actually watering the stuff. The place is immaculately landscaped, it just wasn't maintained.
realtard indeed.
Classic architectural example of the ever popular "Snout House."
That looks like my place only my grass is "well maintained". A fine example of a mid 80's tract home. Probably a 1200/sf home on a 5000/sf lot. That looks like my neighbors yard. Him and his redneck buddies like to park thier trucks on the front lawn. It's like living next door to Hank Hill and gang.
Hank Hill would NEVER park anything on his lawn. He worships his lawn!
I also suffer from the nieghbors that like to park of the front lawn. Well, it's not so much a lawn anymore. I guess it save them from having to pay a gardener. Why would park cars on your front lawn? I just can't understand the whole thought proccess of paying a half million dollars for a nice house and then they start parking cars on the front lawn. WTF? Someone please 'splain it to me because I am at my wits end.
Man the Realtards I could email in on a daily basis. I spend a couple + hours per day on the MRMLS Matrix system each day. I'm absolutely amazed daily at the level of stupidity found in the Realtor community. There are some good ones out there but, in my opinion, the stupid far out number the good.
Boy, you're not kidding. Some of the listing I run across are just juvenile. My 9 year old could write a better listing. Then there are the pictures. What the hell are most realtors taking pictures with, their phones? I especially like the ones that have 6 pictures of the back yard and none of the home. I ran across one last night that had 3 pictures of the stairs and not much else.
Not that I don't agree with you all, but maybe, just maybe, somehow she got the wrong description with the wrong house. Computers can be such a mystery to some people. I'd email her to ask her how a dead lawn is "immaculate landscaping" but there's no link to the listing or address so I can't. Maybe you should drop her an email for clarification, GX.
What fun would that be?
Here is a true realtard for ya:
14347 Cholla Drive, Moreno Valley 92553
MLS Number: I07159628
That description is one for the record books. Spell checker is obviously not a feature of the MLS.
And the price of that home is comical too. Appraised at $325k in October. Yea, right..... That POS will be lucky to fetch $150k. I can easily find 50, a 100, or more homes in MoVal under $200k nicer than that thing. Damn it looks like a tear down.
I'm a broker/owner of my own real estate company in the inland empire, and I have to give you props, you rock! Your blog is so funny. Keep up the good work.
