Brown lawn, nothing photoshop can't fix

Added, Just for Martin!

I am pretty sure there are rules against realtors using Photoshop on listing pictures. But it didn't stop this guy from adding some photoshop grass to this listing.

This boy needs to work on his PhotoShop skilz.

Why didn't he fix the back yard???

Here, let me help

Hmm, let's kick it up a notch

He just needs to add in fine print: "Landscaping Suggestion" - like on the TV dinner boxes...

I like the zebra lawn. It's the perfect lawn design for bitchy HOAs. How about some leopard print window dressings and a pink Hummer with chrome spinners parked on the lawn?

Zebra is neat

But nothing is more awesome than pink poka dots on a nice lime green background.

Ok Martin, I have added a PINK HUMMER just for you. Can't do much about leopard print curtains though

Not that it matters, but from the NAR Code of Ethics 2008...

Article 12
REALTORS® shall be honest and truthful in their real estate communications and shall present a true picture in their advertising,
marketing, and other representations.

I'm TOTALLY Groov'n on that, thanks X! Right there, you just added value to that home. If a pink hummer doesn't distract buyers from the home's other defects, noth'n will.

Oh and Tyrone... I love how you dare to suggest that Realtors should have ethics. It's such a novel idea, these days.

Look at that tree in the front yard. It's dead! Can't be autumn either on account of those flowers.
Mightaswell touch-up those leaves while your at it.
