Ask questions if you are uncertain on some aspects of buying or selling a home. A good real estate agent will not mind if you ask questions, however you should do your part and try to educate yourself on the entire process. dallas homes for sale
Oh that video was TOO funny - I needed that laugh this morning. Golfer_X, the hubby and I were online checking out some homes in Beaumont yesterday and wondering why these big homes on the golf course are selling for 190 - 200K. I remembered you talking about Beaumont a few years ago (yes, I've been reading that long!), so I checked your archives and sure enough you were talking about that same exact area back in '07 and how prices nosedived. Well, they're even lower now. Really though, I rather move to Redlands (where I work and my kids go to school) or Highland (the part bordering on Redlands) - but sheesh those Beaumont prices have my hubby feening!
Redlands is a great little city. But the price premium to live in it is a pretty steep. I think I would side with your hubby and move into a large new home over near the golf course in Beaumont. I'm not sure what the schools are like though if that's an issue for you. Highland (even bordering Redlands)is still Highland. I'm not sure I could get past that.

Great, now I'm getting spam from realtors in Dallas??????
I've been off line due to internet issues. I am changing providers and hopefully will be up again soon.
