Here's DataQuicks price by city. Interestingly enough I see they have adjusted the Riverside county median down $1k from their earlier report. It was $180k and on this later report it's listed as $179k (dropping by the week......)

Why is Norco so high? Just from those newer homes, I guess.

I don't understand why Rancho and Upland have held value so well either.

Because there are many older neighborhoods in Rancho and Upland. Their time is coming though. Are Rancho and Upland better than Orange county? I don't think so.

A lot of the stuff in Norco that's selling is the high end stuff up in Norco Hills. That's keeping the median up. While the median might have only dropped 12%, I can tell you those homes are selling for 30% to 40% less than they were selling for last year. They are closer to 50% off from peak prices.
