$71 sq/ft in Perris

In the past few months the lowest priced homes have gone from $120 sq/ft to $100 sq/ft to $85 sq/ft. We have a new low price leader at $71 sq/ft.

1517 CHESHIRE DR, Perris, CA 92571. This is a 3698 sq/ft home, 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. It was built in 2005 and sold for $413k. It's currently listed for $264k or $71 sq/ft. This is a short sale and of course the bank might turn up their nose at that price. They'd be stupid too though if an offer did happen to cross their desk.

I did find one home at $69 sq/ft but it's a freakin wreck out in Quail Valley and it's probably not worth $40 sq/ft. 23581 La Bertha LN Quail Valley, CA 92587.
