Does anyone know where I can find some info? Some of those victorians are amazing. Unfortunately the south and of the city is spendy and it always has been. Even 5 years ago when I looked at some of the newer homes they were building, they were in the $700s. Up in North Redlands/mentone the prices are better but that area is a little too close to Highland for my tastes. I have a couple of friends that live in Yucaipa and they seem to be very happy there.golfer_Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08426050465032209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329419642567789295.post-89784933530375300282007-11-07T21:34:00.000-08:002007-11-07T21:34:00.000-08:00golfer you rock. On top of all this, there are a ...golfer you rock. On top of all this, there are a couple of projects planned near the golf course in Calimesa (on hold) The 2 or 3 masterplans just east of Yucaipa are dying right now too, I bet. I know Suncal is doing one of them and was trying to ram it through Calimesa city council last time I checked. What happens when you start a 3,000 home development and nobody buys? maybe ask Lennar what that feels like.....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329419642567789295.post-72337353993344100062007-11-07T21:14:00.000-08:002007-11-07T21:14:00.000-08:00Yeah! We've been looking and looking and looking.

Redlands is lovely, but with fugly ranch homes in the 500s we've looked over in Yucaipa too. Mentone has some less expensive homes, but that place has a rep.

Your blog is great fun. It's nice to know we aren't the only RE obsessed folks out there...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
